Knowing the strength of each factory is what Acme specialises in; thanks to its extensive sourcing and merchandising team. Each time a new factory is started it is visited by Acme’s merchandising and quality control team to get the required information.

Based on the visit, the information is compiled and a factory presentation is made ready to be sent to customers to whom the same could be of interest.The factory is also graded in terms of quality as per Acme’s internal quality systems so that customers can be advised if necessary on how the final product quality is placed

Acme’s knowledge bank consists of such data of more then 1000 textile factories in India which have been carefully scrutinised over the years.  Out of this Acme’s selects the right factories to work with and currently is involved in working with about 200 factories within India and about 50 factories overseas
