Our Shipping Dept. provides full logistical information right from the day container is dispatched from factory till the time container reaches the destination in order to keep our buyers appraised on their cargo movements. We also monitor the situation at the ports and in case of any problems we immediately inform our buyers well in advance so they can plan accordingly. We do send Shipping Related News, Articles at regular intervals which we feel would keep our buyers updated on the current happenings. We prepare a comprehensive Shipment Status giving all the shipment details, update it on daily basis and send them to our counterparts/buyers for their ready reference.
